Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Adult Day Care Center Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping older adults to navigate challenging situations and improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in navigating social services and resources available to participants
- Provide support to individuals with diverse background and needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Offer counseling and support services
- Implement workforce development programs to empower clients for sustainable employment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field ( Gerontology/ Social Work/ Sociology)
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience, Master's degree with 1 year experience.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Cantonese speaking
- Strong teamwork ability
- Strong skills in workforce development and empowering individuals for employment opportunities
