• Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00 16:30

Job Summary

This is a Social Services / MSW (Masters of Social Work) travel contract position at an acute care facility in Mission Viejo, CA. The role is based in the Case Management department and carries a caseload of 20 23 patients. The department operates 7 days per week, and this is a variable 5-day workweek position. First-time travelers will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20 23 patients within the Case Management department of an acute care facility.
• Floating expectation to the Laguna facility as required.
• Work a variable 5-day workweek with department operations occurring 7 days per week; days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back, although every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 full year of acute care experience is required.
• Prior travel/contract experience required first-time travelers will not be accepted (hard stop).

Education Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required.
• CA state license: Not required for this position.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Type of facility: Acute Care Facility.
• Scrub color: Turquoise.
• Department operates 7 days per week; days off are variable and not guaranteed to be consecutive.
• RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days.
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required.
• Flu vaccination: Unknown requirement confirm with recruiter.
