What You’ll Do

• Represent clients through all stages of the Social Security Disability process, including initial applications, appeals, and hearings.

• Prepare persuasive briefs, arguments, and documentation to support client claims.

• Work closely with clients to gather case information, explain legal options, and keep them informed every step of the way.

• Collaborate with our support team to ensure every case receives attentive, thorough preparation.

• Maintain current knowledge of Social Security regulations and agency procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Attorney in good standing (Florida preferred or eligible for reciprocity).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Security Disability law.
