    Job Overview - Social Media Specialist - 34419

    Our client is seeking a creative, sophisticated Social Media Specialist to help elevate its brand presence and engage its growing online community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of social media experience who is confident creating polished, visually compelling content and understands how to build an engaging brand across digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
    • Capture and edit photo/video content while maintaining a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic.
    • Monitor social trends, analytics, and audience engagement to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain content calendars and support seasonal campaigns, email marketing, and broader marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling, on-brand content.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Portfolio or 3-4 social media work samples
    • 2+ years of professional social media experience (retail or lifestyle industry preferred)
    • Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
    • Experience with photography, video, Canva, and/or other content creation and editing tools.
    • Understanding of social media analytics, scheduling platforms, and content planning.
    • Highly creative, polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
