POSITION OVERVIEW
The Social Media Marketing Manager will own top-of-funnel marketing efforts designed to increase visibility, engagement, and qualified lead generation across multiple digital channels. This individual will develop content strategies, manage social media growth initiatives, oversee digital campaigns, and optimize performance to drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, content creator, and growth marketer with a strong understanding of direct-response marketing and audience development.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000-$85,000 plus performance incentives that can significantly increase total compensation.
