This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves social media, understands short-form video, has a strong eye for content, and knows how to turn an idea into a post, Reel, or TikTok that gets attention.What You'll DoManage our social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for Fresh Roasted Coffee and other family of brands.Develop and maintain a creative social media content calendarCreate engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, videos, and other social contentWrite captions, scripts, and social copy that fits our brand voiceStay on top of trends, sounds, hashtags, platform changes, and emerging content formatsCapture content throughout our coffee and tea manufacturing facilityHelp showcase our products, people, culture, behind-the-scenes operations, and brand storyAppear on camera and become a recognizable personality for the brand when appropriateRespond to comments, messages, and community interactionsManage influencer and creator partnershipsSupport product launches, promotions, contests, giveaways, and marketing campaignsMonitor social media analytics and use data to improve contentTrack engagement, reach, follower growth, views, and other key performance indicatorsIdentify opportunities to grow our audience and increase brand awarenessWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is creative, energetic, organized, and genuinely understands social media.You'll be a strong candidate if you have:2+ years of experience managing social media for a company, brand, agency, or organizationExperience creating short-form video contentStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedInExperience with social media scheduling and analyticsStrong writing and communication skillsPhotography and video skillsExperience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similarA strong understanding of current social media trendsThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA portfolio or examples of social media workBonus points for:Influencer or creator marketing experienceExperience growing a brand's social media followingExperience appearing on cameraExperience with Meta Business Suite or TikTok toolsExperience in food, beverage, consumer products, e-commerce, or manufacturingA great sense of humor and a personality that comes through on cameraWhat We Want From This PersonWe don't want someone who simply posts three times a week because the content calendar says it's Tuesday.We want someone who sees a coffee roasting machine and thinks, "That would make a great video."Someone who notices a funny moment on the production floor and knows how to turn it into content.Someone who understands why one video gets 500 views while another gets 50,000-and wants to figure out why.Someone who can take our products and our people and tell their stories in a way that feels authentic, entertaining, and worth following.
