JOB DESCRIPTION
Were looking for a Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence and grow our brands voice, engagement, and following across platforms. Youll develop and execute social strategy, manage day-to-day content and community, and partner closely with Brand, Digital, Creative, Corporate Communications, and Product Marketing to ensure our social presence reflects the companys positioning and priorities. This role is ideal for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution and community engagement.
Social Strategy & Content Execution
- Develop and execute the organic social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), aligned to brand and business priorities
- Build and manage the social content calendar, coordinating with Creative, Brand, and Corporate Communications on messaging and assets
- Write, schedule, and publish social content, including copy for posts, campaigns, and executive/thought-leadership content
Community, Brand Voice, & Cross-Functional Support
- Manage day-to-day community engagement - responding to comments, messages, and mentions in line with brand voice
- Partner with Corporate Communications and Legal on crisis/issues management response on social channels when needed
- Support executive social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn ghostwriting/coaching for senior leaders)
Performance, Trend, & Platform Management
- Manage paid social amplification in partnership with the Digital Marketing/Paid Media team
- Track and report on social media KPIs (engagement, follower growth, reach, share of voice) and translate data into recommendations
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends, and recommend new formats or channels as relevant
- Coordinate social coverage and amplification for events, product launches, and company milestones
- Manage relationships with social media management tools/platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in B2B technology, professional services, or a related industry
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of growing engagement and following across major social platforms
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms and audiences
- Experience with social media management and listening tools, as well as platform analytics
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising and how it complements organic strategy
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Corporate Communications, and Product Marketing
- Experience supporting executive/leadership social presence preferred
- Experience with B2B/enterprise technology or services marketing preferred
- Familiarity with social listening and sentiment analysis tools preferred
- Video editing or basic graphic design skills for quick-turn content preferred
- Experience managing social during high-visibility moments (product launches, crisis response, major events) preferred
