About the Role:Soul Space in Cleveland, OH is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to join our growing team! Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content including graphics, reels, stories, and copy
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build and nurture an active online community
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with promotions, events, and brand campaigns
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms
- Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer), and analytics dashboards
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and report on performance
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or community-driven brands is a strong plus
