Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

The Social Media Coordinator creates, writes and supports social media content and engagement across the Company's social media channels, sharing the stories of how Atria communities help residents thrive and employees find purpose in their work.

• Monitor community social media content and engagement via social media management tool.
• Engage on/with our social media posts as applicable.
• Triage negative comments and work with customer service and leadership on the appropriate response.
• Develop monthly social media content across Atria brand pages.
• Review social content with stakeholders.
• Facilitate social media coaching sessions with community teams.
• Audit Facebook pages to ensure they meet Atria standards.
• Build relationships with community employees to source local social content.
• Monitor ongoing trends in the social media world and provide recommendations for future content.
• Log social media photography for further use.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Understanding of each social media platform's mechanics, audience, and trends.
• Strong organizational and logistics skills.
• Proven storytelling ability, and strong writing skills for effective communication and messaging.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
