We're looking for a full-time team member who is passionate about storytelling, digital communication, and sharing what God is doing in and through our church family. In this role, you’ll oversee our church’s social media presence, helping ensure that everything we post reflects our mission, values, and voice. You’ll collaborate with ministry teams, plan content, shoot and edit video, and use digital tools to encourage engagement and keep folks connected—whether they're checking in midweek or joining us for the first time on a Sunday.
This job involves creating and sharing content (photos, videos, event promotions, recaps, devotionals, and more), maintaining consistency across our platforms, and keeping up with trends that help us reach people well. You'll also help shape the voice and look of our church online—making sure it reflects who we are and who we serve.
The ideal candidate will be both proactive and responsive—able to manage multiple projects while also taking time to listen and serve well—and have the following skills and experience:
- A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or equivalent work experience is required.
- 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience required.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut is desired.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, and e-commerce marketing.
- Photography and videography skills.
