    Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Intern
    Type of Position: Internship/Part-time
    FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
    Hours per week: 10-20
    Working hours: To be determined with manager

    Job Summary

    The Social Media & Marketing Intern will help execute the day-to-day strategic marketing initiatives of the Clayton Network Office. This role will help define and execute our brand voice and cultural storytelling across social and marketing channels to engage clients, prospects, and talent — creating authentic, on-brand content that broadcasts who we are beyond the office.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist the team with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
    • Develop interactive content to boost engagement
    • Create or edit basic visuals and assemble multimedia assets (graphics, photos, videos, etc.)
    • Schedule posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
    • Source, curate, and edit employee-generated content for authenticity
    • Support event promotion on social channels
    • Ensure branding consistency across posts and campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Current college student entering their sophomore or junior year preferred
    • Pursuing or recently completed coursework in marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred
    • Microsoft Office experience required, Adobe experience preferred
    • Ability to capture basic photo/video
    • Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt them to different platforms and audiences
    • Bring positive energy to the office – ability to interview teammates and create content
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
