We're also responsible for all of YouTube's marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
YouTube social media celebrates the extraordinary and unique culture and creativity that takes place inside the YouTube platform.
YouTube Brand and Social Marketing is a team of creators, strategists, community managers, analysts, copywriters, producers, designers, trends forecasters and operations managers who develop experiences for creators and viewers on behalf of the brand. We maintain best practices and strategies grounded in insights to develop social-first marketing. If a product marketing team helps users understand what a company does, Brand Social marketing helps them understand why.
In this role, you will drive impact supporting product and brand objectives by understanding our goals audience"s behaviors and culture, leveraging insights, and collaborating with go-to-market (GTM) leads and social agencies to develop campaign platforms and concepts, achieving buy-in from internal stakeholders, and executing on time and on budget.
You will play a role in guiding our regional and local partners, scaling campaigns globally. You will operate on the edge of culture and social media, think unconventionally, issue norms and earn cut-through for our brand in a crowded space. You will have curiosity for pop culture, eye for detail, and confidence to navigate ambiguity and multiple stakeholders, with project management so nothing slips through the cracks.

Our job is to demonstrate how Google"s products solve the world"s problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
