- Plan and manage each event from initial concept through completion

- Represent Castro Valley School of Music in a friendly and professional manner
Ideal Qualifications

- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Friendly and confident when interacting with children, parents, instructors, and community members
- Available during evenings and select weekends
- Experience with event planning, hospitality, recreation, education, the arts, or community programming is preferred
- An interest in music is strongly preferred, but professional music experience is not required
Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person position. Hours will vary depending on the event calendar and will primarily include
evenings and some weekends, along with planning and coordination time.
