Ariat is seeking a Social Content Producer - Ariat Work to join the Social Team within our Marketing Organization. This role will focus on the Ariat Work brand to support the growth of its social media presence and its larger business goals. The Producer will report to the Director of Social and will be responsible for an entire content pipeline - from developing concepts, through production, all the way to editorial and delivery. This role will also work closely with the Director, Social to administrate Ariat's content production schedule and annual budget. Cross-functional partners include Retail, Creative Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing teams.

• Growing the Ariat Work community across social channels by building consistent, high-quality content that attracts, engages, and retains followers across platforms.
• Representing the Ariat Work brand as on-camera talent.
• Developing content concepts that are proven to connect with social media community built around skilled trades (e.g. Electrical, Construction, Welding).
• Capturing and editing content both in-studio and at Ariat Work-partnered events.
• Collaborating with Brand teams to integrate content concepts into seasonal campaigns.
• Working with Director of Social to administrate monthly content schedules and budgets.
• Developing campaign briefs.
• Working with social team to track content performance metrics.
• Staying current on social media trends platform updates through competitor research, platform updates, and performance analytics.
• Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs.

About You

• 3-5 years professional social media experience required - agency or retail brand experience preferred.
• Comfortable as an on-camera performer. The role requires someone who is willing to represent Ariat Work as a brand.
• Excellent video production skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Proficient with different video editing software platforms.
• Experience in a skilled trade is a plus.
• Excellent ability to identify creative trends and how to leverage them for brand purposes.
• Total expertise of social media metrics and performance data.
• Strong grasp of current social media influencer trends.
• Must have strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in trades and/or agriculture preferred.
• Ability to travel 30 - 50%, nationwide.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
