Overview
At Larimer County Department of Human Services, we strive to be responsive and provide timely resources in partnership with our community so individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic staff member to join our Child, Youth, Family & Adult Protective Services (CYFA) Division as a Social Caseworker Manager.
The Social Caseworker Manager position involves supervising, training, coaching, supporting, and overseeing Intake Specialists, Administrative Specialists, and occasionally Juvenile Justice Caseworkers and After Hours workers. The supervisor will help ensure Intake Specialists can receive, document, and process child and adult protection referrals for Larimer County. This position performs its duties primarily during business hours, with occasional after-hours support.
The schedule varies day to day, and this position is expected to work outside regular business hours as needed.
This position performs its duties primarily during business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday), with occasional after-hours support. This is a hybrid position and requires at least one day/week in the office. You must have adequate internet access and space for remote work. Larimer County provides a one-time remote work stipend to assist with equipment and office supply needs for remote workspaces.
