Social Analyst

About the job

We are looking to hire a social analyst to join our internal creative team. This role supports strategic storytelling for specific brands on social and in culture including content strategy, content planning, trend-hunting and performance reporting.

• Plan and execute influencer and social content including briefing, concepting, partnering with external agencies, reviewing and scheduling.
• Be a student of culture. Responsible for social listening, trend reporting and deciding what conversations our brands should join.
• Responsible for organic and paid content calendars, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Be hands-on with creative tasks: pitching ideas, writing post copy, proactively comment from brand handles, leveraging existing content to make assets, creating memes, etc.
• Deploy paid social campaigns collaboratively with media agency to traffic creative and brief ad-hoc social boosts.
• Analyze performance of social strategies against objectives and KPIs, including content, influencer, paid media and optimize efforts to improve results.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a "hybrid" position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
