Job Summary
Support a platform engineering team responsible for deploying and scaling applications and data across hybrid cloud and physical environments. Develop and maintain production-access controls, document SOC 2 security readiness, and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to identify and remediate control gaps.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience remediating SOC 2 findings
- Understanding of SOC 2 controls and security-readiness requirements
- Experience implementing segregation of duties controls
- Production access management
- DevOps principles and best practices
- CI/CD, continuous monitoring, and continuous testing
- Automation using Shell, Bash, YAML, Groovy, or PowerShell
- Configuration management and deployment automation
- Logging, monitoring, and high-availability practices
- Splunk, Prometheus, PRTG, or similar monitoring tools
- Chef, Ansible, or Terraform
- Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Hybrid cloud and physical infrastructure environments
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Collaborative and organizational skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement segregation of duties mechanisms to manage access in production environments.
- Review developer and infrastructure-team access.
- Develop and maintain access-management capabilities.
- Create detailed SOC 2 control documentation demonstrating security readiness.
- Work with product teams to identify SOC 2 control gaps.
- Remediate SOC 2 findings and strengthen applicable controls.
- Build and maintain tools and systems that deploy and scale applications and data across hybrid environments.
- Support logging, monitoring, and vulnerability-detection capabiliti es.
- Automate infrastructure and workflows using applicable DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Collaborate with platform, product, development, and infrastructure teams.
Base Salary Range : $80,000 to $100,000 Per Annum
