This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and grant requirements while supporting high-quality academic and enrichment programming for students. The coordinator oversees program implementation, budget management, data collection and reporting, evaluation efforts, professional development, and stakeholder engagement. In collaboration with district leadership, school administrators, community partners, and program staff, the coordinator serves as a county-wide communication liaison, facilitating effective communication between schools, families, community organizations, district departments, and state agencies.
