Make Every Bar Count: A Day on the Soap Line
At SkillsetGroup in Santa Ana, you’ll start your shift with a walkthrough of the production area, checking machines and supplies before the first run of the day. As the line comes to life, you’ll set up and operate production equipment, assist with soap-making processes, and keep materials moving so orders ship on time. You’ll cut, package, and label finished products, then stage them for distribution—all while keeping your station spotless and safe.
Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Shifts available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery safely and consistently.
- Support soap manufacturing activities to meet daily targets.
- Cut, package, and accurately label products.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
On-Site Interview Experience
Meet with a department manager or supervisor, tour the production floor, and see the role in action before you start.
