Rooftop Installer Job Description
Classification/Position Type:
Non-Exempt/Full-Time/Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 Hours/Week) with occasional evening and weekend overtime.
Reports To:
Rooftop Site Lead
Overview:
Working under the direct supervision of the Rooftop Site Lead, the Rooftop Installer will play a significant role in the installation of solar panels and related components on commercial structures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Rooftop Installer will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and/or maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other commercial structures in compliance with site assessments, plans, and specifications. The Rooftop Installer will also be responsible for the following duties (but not limited to):

This position will require frequent, mandatory short and long-distance travel. The ability to travel is mandatory.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
