About the Role:

Perform professional accounting work, including compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. The role requires an understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles, as well as experience in bookkeeping. Responsibilities may include any or all of the following: ledgers and preparation of journal entries, fixed asset or inventory accounting, preparation of trial balance or financial statements, cost accounting, bank account reconciliation.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Sales Finance Analyst to support performance tracking and reporting across markets. This role will focus on KPI collection, validation, and analysis, as well as supporting planning processes such as AOP and MBR. The candidate will work closely with markets and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and consolidate KPI data from multiple markets
• Drive performance tracking and planning processes (AOP, MBR)
• Analyze commercial and financial KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Partner with markets to ensure clarity and consistency of KPI inputs
• Challenge assumptions and identify gaps in KPI reporting and performance
• Identify and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Finance, FP&A, or analytics roles
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, modelling basics)
• Good understanding of KPI tracking, performance metrics and financial linkage
• Ability to work independently and support junior members of the team
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders across multiple markets
• Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
