Position Overview
As the Snowflake Data Platform Engineer, you will serve as the primary custodian of the organization's Snowflake data warehouse environment. This role is responsible for administering, maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the Snowflake platform to support reliable, secure, cost-effective, and high-performing data operations.
The Snowflake Data Platform Engineer will manage core platform administration, create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and pipelines, and support internal and external data integrations. This position will also evaluate new Snowflake features, test platform upgrades, monitor the Snowflake product roadmap, and help ensure the organization is taking advantage of relevant capabilities as the platform evolves.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical data warehouse expertise with a proactive ownership mindset, ensuring that Snowflake remains a scalable, well-governed, and business-enabling data platform.
