Position Overview The Operations and Outreach Coordinator leads program growth and execution by combining hands-on teaching, active sales, and strategic community outreach for our STEAM enrichment programs in Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown. This role serves as the primary operational link between instructors, school partners, customers, and ownership.
Core Responsibilities
Teaching & Classroom Leadership
- Lead and facilitate STEAM classes, camps, birthday parties, and specialized enrichment programs.
- Implement and model effective Snapology curriculum delivery and classroom management strategies.
- Plan and deliver hands-on staff training to maintain brand standards.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive program enrollment and convert leads for classes, camps, field trips, and events.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and pitch STEAM enrichment packages to prospective clients.
- Track sales pipelines, event leads, and program demand to meet growth targets.
Partner Outreach & Relationship Management
- Conduct proactive outreach to schools, community centers, and local businesses to expand program footprint.
- Negotiate schedules, logistics, room allocations, and program expectations with administrators.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for institutional and community partners.
Local Marketing & Community Engagement
- Execute local marketing initiatives to promote upcoming camps, workshops, and seasonal events.
- Represent the organization at community events, school fairs, and open houses to build brand awareness.
- Oversee promotional communications, flyers, and announcements for partner sites and parents.
Staff & Logistics Management
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard instructional staff.
- Manage instructor schedules, event coverage, and last-minute staffing adjustments.
- Oversee supply inventory, kit preparation, equipment tracking and troubleshooting.
- Support supervision of program implementation across locations.
Customer Communication & Incident Management
- Provide responsive communication to parents and partners.
- Address customer feedback, behavioral needs, and safety incidents promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Clear background check and Texas HHS CBCU fingerprinting.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, classroom management, or youth enrichment.
- Proven comfort or experience in sales, partner outreach, and community engagement.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and inventory management capabilities.
- Ability to build creatively with LEGO® bricks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education administration, sales, or business development.
- Familiarity with social media, local marketing tools (e.g., Canva), and scheduling systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and iOS (iPads).
- Knowledge of strategies for learning differences and neurodivergence.
- Background in robotics, engineering and programming.
Physical & Time Requirements
- Ability to lift, transport, and store program supplies.
- Flexible scheduling with availability for key weekend or evening events.
- Work load will be approximately 30 hrs/week during the school year, potentially more in peak seasons, including some remote and flex work hours.

- Expansion of partner locations, event bookings and increased program enrollment.
- High customer and partner retention driven by strong relationship management.
- Strong instructional delivery and positive student/parent feedback.
- Reliable staffing and organized program execution.
