SMT (PCBA)

1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation for test related issues (capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)

2. ICT, BFT fixture development, test script coding and test plan development

3. Set up and optimize the testing station/process for NPI and mass production

4. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training

5. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the testing issue troubleshooting

6. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the testing yield rate.

7. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes of testing related issues

8. Improvement of testing production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.

9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

(2) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

(3) Familiar with SMT processes.

(4) Preferred: Experience with testing.
