Job Responsibilities

The SMT machine operator provides Operation & set-up as well as technical support for the SMT process equipment used in PCBA manufacturing: marking, solder paste printing, solder paste inspection, pick and place, and thermal profile monitoring system.

Responsibilities: 
Responsible for operating capital equipment in Surface Mount Technology Area
Work from prints, process sheets, procedures, and/or engineering instructions; run and access computer programs for SMT equipment
Meet all company standards of quality, paying careful attention to process control while making suggestions to improve quality where needed.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1-5-years experience in a manufacturing environment
Component identification knowledge

Skills

  • Previous SMT operator experience - MYDATA preferrable
  • Component Identification knowledge
  • computer literate
  • English comprehension
