Responsibilities: - Read and follow process instructions, pick & place programs, and furnished solder profile
- Verify pick and place program, ie. Polarity, alignment, and grouping
- Set up DEK solder paste printing, verify for alignment, missing solder paste, or bridging
- Setting up new jobs and unloading when complete
- Run job and verify against customer drawing
- Submit first article for inspection before proceeding with rest of the batch
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operating pick and place machines
- Familiarity with electronic components and their polarities
- Thorough knowledge of interpreting assembly drawings & processes
- Knowledgeable with moisture sensitive components
- Knowledgeable in loading programs & kits in Mycronic pick and place machines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
