SMT Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT machines and production equipment
• Load components and materials onto machines
• Inspect boards and assemblies for quality issues
• Perform basic machine setup and troubleshooting
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous SMT or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and follow procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light materials
