    Position SummaryThe SMT Manufacturing Engineer keeps the Surface Mount Technology processes running smoothly, stable, efficient, and high-quality with hands-on experience, skills, and teamworkKey Responsibilities
    • Maintain SMT equipment and process efficient
    • Drive yield improvement and process stability
    • Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective & preventive actions
    • Support line setup, process parameter development, validation, and qualification
    • Support line balancing and throughput optimization to improve efficiency
    • Work closely with Quality and Testing teams to resolve manufacturing issues
    Required Qualifications and Skills
    • 3+ years of experience or equivalent training in SMT manufacturing environment
    • Hands-on experience supporting SMT production
    • Understanding & experience of SMT processes and equipment maintenance and repair
    • Screen printers
    • Pick-and-place machine
    • Automatic Optical Inspection systems
    • Reflow oven
    • Experience with:
    • Root cause analysis
    • Design of Experiments (DOE)
    • Process validation and qualification skill
    • Yield and defect reduction strategies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Experience with CAD/CAM, MES/SFC systems, or process simulation tools is a plus
    Preferred Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving with hands-on troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing environments
    • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Fast learning and passion to work on process improvement and optimization
