SMT Hand Load Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced SMT Hand Load Operator to join a production company in San Jose specializing in electronic components.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM start

Responsibilities:

• Hand load and place electronic components onto circuit boards
• Follow production instructions and work orders
• Inspect components for quality and accuracy
• Use small hand tools and production equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
