Job Description:

Smartsheet Platform may include Resource Management

• Responsible for Smartsheet 1st level technical support, assisting teams in connecting with Smartsheet Customer Service where needed and determining escalation to Smartsheet Administrator
• Responsible for Daily and Weekly User Mgmt Reporting for Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
• Responsible for Account Requests (Contributors Only) Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
• Assists in developing Smartsheet user documentation (i.e. reference guides)
• Assists in Workspace Governance Audits and identifying opporotunities for Member seat reduction

IT PMO Smartsheet Environment:

• Responsible for Daily and Weekly IT PMO Reporting for Smartsheet Environment and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
• Responsible for project provisioning and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
• Responsible for IT PMO personnel Smartsheet customization requests and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
• Responsible for IT PMO Portfolio Spend Workspace oversight during Pilot and Hypercare and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
• Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in technical debt clean-up related to IT PMO Smartsheet Environment
