Role Description You'll make an impact by: Developing and executing account growth strategies for assigned U.S. Federal agencies, including customer relationship plans, pursuit priorities, and long-term growth objectives. Building a qualified pipeline of new opportunities by understanding agency missions, infrastructure priorities, procurement needs, regulatory drivers, and funding cycles. Identifying, shaping, and influencing opportunities during the pre-acquisition phase through customer engagement, partner collaboration, and strategic positioning activities that improve Siemens' probability of win while in partnership with sales executives, sales leadership, business segment teams, operations, and Federal ecosystem partners. You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, energy, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, strategic account management, capture support, Federal contracting, infrastructure solutions, building technologies, energy services, electrical systems, cybersecurity, or a related customer-facing role. Experience working with U.S. Federal customers, Federal prime contractors, Federal contracting processes, government procurement cycles, or Federal infrastructure programs. Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities, develop customer relationships, influence stakeholders, support win strategies, and translate customer needs into actionable business plans.
