 Monday 6:30-7:30 PM | Friday 6:30-7:30 PM | Weekend Flexibility

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As an RBT with LBAPS, you'll:

隸 Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to awesome kids

 Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs (the masterminds behind the curtain)

 Track data so accurately that spreadsheets shed a tear of joy

 Turn tiny victories into major celebrations

 Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills

欄 Partner with families and your clinical team to create meaningful progress

Desired Superpowers

Active RBT Certification

Experience working with children

Ability to remain calm when someone asks "why?" 47 times in a row

Strong communication skills

Reliable attendance

Can praise enthusiasm levels that seem scientifically impossible
