Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain STIHL and Toro outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, mowers, and trimmers.
• Service rental equipment such as trenchers, stump grinders, woodchippers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Deliver and pick up rental equipment safely using company vehicles and trailers, ensuring secure transport and proper documentation.
• Respond to field service calls for on-site repairs and breakdown assistance.
• Maintain organized shop operations, inventory, and accurate service records.
• Follow all safety protocols and provide excellent, courteous customer service.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in small engine repair or equipment servicing, with knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines.
• Familiarity with STIHL, Toro, and construction rental equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; ability to operate delivery vehicles and tow trailers.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday with on-call and weekend availability.
