Small Commercial Project Manager - Columbus Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Lead communication between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
  • Monitor project financials and forecast project performance.
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive successful project delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

A successful candidate should have:

• • Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
