    We are currently seeking a Small Assembly Technician for our client’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Seneca, SC.

    As a Small Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of our cutting-edge poultry processing equipment. Utilizing your exceptional technical skills and attention to detail, you will be responsible for the intricate assembly of smaller components and parts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.

    Responsibilities
    Carefully assemble and test small, intricate components and parts.
    Follow detailed assembly instructions and drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
    Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and resolve any issues.
    Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient production.
    Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements.
    Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

    Qualifications
    2+ years of experience in a small assembly or manufacturing role
    Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
    Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics
    Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
    Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
    High school diploma or equivalent.
