    Small Animal Veterinarian -  Valdosta, GA

     

    A well-established animal hospital is seeking a Veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team. This role focuses on companion animal medicine within a supportive environment that values clinical autonomy, strong client relationships, and high-quality patient care. The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic tools and supported by experienced technical staff to allow doctors to practice efficiently and confidently.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive medical care to companion animal patients

    • Perform routine and elective surgical procedures

    • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans

    • Deliver dental services and preventive care

    • Communicate clearly with clients regarding medical findings and recommendations

    • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

    • Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff

    • Uphold standards of medical quality and patient safety

     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree

    • Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)

    • Strong clinical and surgical skills

    • Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
