A Fear Free certified small animal practice on Florida's Treasure Coast is hiring a full-time Veterinarian.

The hospital offers medical, surgical, and dental care, diagnostics, preventive medicine, and integrative options including acupuncture, laser therapy, and rehabilitation. The team is collaborative and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on mentorship and work-life balance.

Key Highlights:

• Last appointment at 4:30pm
• No on-call responsibilities
• 2:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio
• Integrative services: acupuncture, laser therapy, rehabilitation
• Mentorship for early-career doctors
• Partnership opportunities may be available through a national partnership network

About You:

• DVM or VMD from an accredited school
• Valid Florida veterinary license, or eligible
• Experienced and early-career veterinarians welcome, including new grads

Benefits:

• $100,000 to $130,000 base plus 20% to 22% ProSal
