    Small Animal Internist Veterinarian  – Sugar Land, Texas

     

    A veterinary hospital is seeking a Veterinary Internist to join its collaborative specialty team. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex medical cases while working in a well-equipped, supportive environment alongside experienced clinicians.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and manage complex internal medicine cases
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
    • Perform and interpret advanced diagnostic procedures
    • Collaborate with other veterinarians and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care
    • Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
    • Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
    • Contribute to case discussions and ongoing clinical development
     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
    • Active or eligible veterinary license
    • Experience or strong interest in internal medicine
    • Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
