Slot Technician Lead

Troubleshoot and repair all slot equipment to component level. • Excellent internal/external guest service; • Promote and maintain a positive work environment founded on teamwork, cooperation and open communication; • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all department’s; • Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.; • Maintain sign lighting and graphics; • Ensure all slot machines are secure; • Maintenance/repair on all slot equipment in accordance with departmental policies and procedures; • Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guest; • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
