Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment, slots and table games, to ensure minimal downtime
Troubleshoot and repair all electronic gaming equipment to the component level
Effectively communicate all operational and technical breakdowns and provide solutions to team members
Investigate slot variances to identify and correct all possible causes for reported variances per company policies
Investigate all slot cheating attempts, malfunctions, and substandard equipment repair within all assigned areas.
Contribute to the leading edge culture of Rivers Casino by helping foster innovation for the growth of the team and the company
Assists all departments in providing outstanding guest service to all patrons for an overall excellent customer experience
Adhere to all policies and procedures in order to maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies, both internal and external
Identify and report unethical and illegal behavior in accordance with all company and regulatory standards

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, technical training preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Comfortable with repetitive transactions
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including weekends and holidays
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
