    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment, slots and table games, to ensure minimal downtime
    • Troubleshoot and repair all electronic gaming equipment to the component level
    • Effectively communicate all operational and technical breakdowns and provide solutions to team members
    • Investigate slot variances to identify and correct all possible causes for reported variances per company policies
    • Investigate all slot cheating attempts, malfunctions, and substandard equipment repair within all assigned areas.
    • Contribute to the leading edge culture of Rivers Casino by helping foster innovation for the growth of the team and the company
    • Assists all departments in providing outstanding guest service to all patrons for an overall excellent customer experience
    • Adhere to all policies and procedures in order to maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies, both internal and external
    • Identify and report unethical and illegal behavior in accordance with all company and regulatory standards
    • Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino - Des Plaines ICS.
    • Other duties as may be assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, technical training preferred
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Comfortable with repetitive transactions
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including weekends and holidays
    • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
    • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
    • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
