Valley Views Sleep Medicine Department is in need of a full-time Coordinator, to assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification and patient registration. Previous patient scheduling and/or registration experience highly preferred. Provide education to patients on use of HST equipment and ensure equipment fits properly at pickup. Educate patients on home and in-lab sleep studies, procedures, duration and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Background in customer service with impeccable phone etiquette.
- Medical office and billing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be a team player
