Position Details

Slate Specialist

Job Description: Reporting to the Associate Director of CRM Operations, the Slate Specialist ensures peak performance of the division's undergraduate instance. The Slate Specialist will be central in creating, implementing, and maintaining core functions and processes.

Responsibilities: • Build and maintain processes that contribute to overall data health/integrity. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, test, and maintain integrations between Slate, Workday, and other third-party systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve system obstacles. • Manage cycle preparation and all connected functions such as query updates, integration updates, and portal updates. • Collaborate with Operations team to coordinate automated and ad hoc communications, ensuring messages reach the right populations at the right time. • Train staff and partners on Slate functionality, becoming a go-to expert for users. • Develop and maintain Slate documentation, training, and guidance for divisional staff and end users. • Maintain expert knowledge of Slate and new/annual updates.

Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director - CRM Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required • 1-3 years of professional work experience with demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, data management, business process, and project management • Preferred Qualifications: • Slate experience • Proficient with deliver, queries, workflows, and events • Workday experience

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Summer: Monday - Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
