The Maintenance and Operations Department is seeking (1) Skilled Trades Worker to join the already awesome team, taking the Building Maintenance Department to the next level of excellence!

The ideal candidate will perform advanced-level duties assisting skilled trades workers in maintenance and renovation tasks, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building trades work. In addition to supporting the department''s Skilled Trades Worker will also:

Minimum Requirements:
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in HVAC and heating.
Knowledge of basic principles and practices of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or other related trades.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to perform strenuous manual tasks.
Ability to operate hand tools and equipment used in HVAC, heating, and plumbing fields, such as jacks, meters, wrenches, etc.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $32,400 - $38,900. Salary offers will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications in relation to the Minimum Hiring Standards. Candidates earlier in their careers are typically offered salaries closer to the minimum of the hiring range, while those with more advanced or relevant experience may be considered for compensation at or above the hiring range.
