Regional Skilled Trades Recruiter

We're looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support skilled trades hiring across a range of client environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands trade skills, enjoys relationship-driven recruiting, and takes pride in consistently delivering quality candidates.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with clients and business development teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Source and recruit skilled trades talent across manufacturing and industrial roles

• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess technical skills and job fit

• Build and maintain active talent pipelines using advanced sourcing and search techniques

• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the submission process

• Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms

• Coordinate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment processes

• Attend local networking events, trade schools, and community or college events as needed

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through consistent follow-up

• Ability to quickly understand client needs and translate them into recruiting action

• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills for skilled trades and technical roles

• Proven ability to communicate professionally and authentically with both clients and candidates

• High level of drive, persistence, and follow-through

• Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities
