JOB SUMMARY | Federal Work-Study Student Assistant to support the Department of Biological Sciences primarily through exam proctoring and general administrative assistance. This position is open to students from all majors, with preference given to non-Biology majors. |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | Proctor quizzes and examinations; help maintain a quiet, fair, and organized testing environment; distribute and collect exam materials; verify student attendance; follow faculty instructions and exam-integrity procedures; report concerns promptly; and assist with occasional light office or classroom tasks as needed. |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study; dependable, punctual, professional, and attentive to detail; able to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality; able to sit or stand for the duration of an exam; and available during scheduled daytime or evening exam periods. **FEDERAL WORK STUDY (FWS) ELIGIBILITY IS REQUIRED** |
