What You'll Do:
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices according to project specs and DOT standards
- Lead or assist in overseeing temporary traffic control on active job sites
- Safely operate trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment (manual and automatic)
- Install, maintain, and repair traffic signs and other control devices
- Complete daily documentation and quantity tracking
- Communicate clearly with your crew and supervisors
- Train and guide entry-level crew members when needed
Requirements:
- General Construction or traffic control experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work nights and Saturdays as needed
