Our Nashville office is partnering with a leading company in LaVergne and is actively hiring for multiple skilled labor positions. These are Temp to Hire opportunities on 1st and 2nd shifts.
Skilled Labor Positions:
- Robot Welder
- Tool & Die Maker
- Material Handler
- Machinist
Skilled Labor Compensation and Shifts:
- $17.50 – $25 per hour
- 1st and 2nd shifts available

Skilled Labor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain machines and work areas
- Some Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Load/Unload flatbeds and trailers and required
- Study blueprints, sketches, models or descriptions and visualizes product to determine materials required
- Repair, construct, alter, or maintain jigs die, fixtures, gauges machine components and other tooling
- Read measurements and perform basic calculations
- Ability to use Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and or metal Inert Gas to weld aluminum sheet metal
Skilled Labor Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and computers preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
