Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:
Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the Ohana properties, including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Basic Carpentry.
Installation of new appliances as needed.
Ensure House requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
Maintain all properties to comply with all Health & Safety regulations and laws. (work with Quality Manager on Health & Safety).
Additional duties as assigned.
1099 employee for the first 30 days.
Requirements
Qualifications
The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:
A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Basic Home Repair knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong knowledge in maintaining HVAC systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
Must have your own basic handyman tools.
Clean Driving record and able to pass a State mandated background check.
