Job Title: Caregiver (Experience Required)


Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality, non-clinical care to our clients. This role can be demanding, with availability needed for weekdays and weekends; however, it is also highly rewarding as you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who are elderly, disabled, ill, or recovering.


The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and has strong communication skills. You must be able to follow care plans and assist with a variety of daily living activities.


Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP 
• Shift Times: Varying shifts available (4-hour shifts up to full-day and overnight shifts) 
• Schedule Needs: Weekdays, weekends, and flexible availability preferred 
• Care Levels Needed: LV2 and LV3 Caregivers 
• Client Needs May Include: Dementia/Alzheimer’s care, mobility assistance, and homes with pets 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist clients with taking prescribed medications 
•  Support clients with mobility, including transfers, walking, and transportation to appointments or outings 
•  Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance 
•  Assist with physical therapy exercises as directed 
•  Plan and prepare meals based on client needs and dietary restrictions 
•  Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) 
•  Run errands or accompany clients on shopping trips 
•  Provide companionship and emotional support 
•  Monitor and report any changes in client condition or unusual incidents 
•  Respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations 

Qualifications & Skills:

•  Previous caregiving experience (preferred) 
•  Knowledge of CPR and basic first aid (preferred) 
•  Understanding of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation with dietary considerations 
•  Ability to follow health and safety guidelines 
•  Compassionate, respectful, and dependable 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Good time management and organizational skills 
•  High ethical standards and professionalism 
•  Physical stamina to assist with daily caregiving tasks 
•  High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
